Vivid Expressions LLC respects the privacy of our customers and NO information provided by the user (visitors, customers, clients, and/or subscriber) through our website, collect over the phone, collected in-person (ex: in the Vivid Expressions Studio, at a Bridal Show, etc.) will be given to others outside of Vivid Expressions LLC with out notifying and/or the expressed permission of the user. For example: a client requests to be referred to a photographer that may be a good fit for their event based on the discretion of Vivid Expressions LLC. This my also includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information such as credit card, billing addresses, etc is used solely for billing purposes by Vivid Expressions LLC (billing the customer/client (including billing of businesses and vendors) for their order, services requested, and/or services rendered).
